- Real-World Job Training: Gain hands-on experience both in our on-site restaurant and local partnered businesses.
- Local Business Immersion: Explore careers through weekly interactive mentoring sessions and visits to local businesses.
- Social-Emotional Skills: Build confidence, communication, and teamwork skills or life.
- Fosters Creativity: Inspire self-expression through engaging studio sessions led by professional artists, yoga and cooking instructors, and musicians.
- Pathway to Independence: Build essential life skills, develop confidence, and gain the tools to lead a more independent and fulfilling life.

What an incredible year it has been in our Life Skills & Job Training Program. From hands-on experience at The Friendship Grill to yoga, arts lessons, mentorship, and academics like math and reading, we have watched our adults with unique abilities grow in confidence and independence every single day.
