Social Programs Facilitator
Full-Time | In Person | Starting at $55,000 per year
The Social Programs Facilitator leads dynamic, inclusive social experiences that foster friendship, confidence, and independence. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong leader and a hands-on mentor—someone who thrives in building programs while also building people.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead engaging social programs for children and adults with special needs
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure meaningful engagement
- Support mentorship, Business Ambassador, and vocational initiatives
- Build partnerships with local businesses to expand job training and mentorship opportunities
- Serve as a job coach, working directly with students to develop workplace skills and confidence
- Promote programs through community outreach and social media
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for inclusion and community engagement
The schedule includes three Sundays and two Thursday evenings per month.
Life Skills & Job Training Program Manager
Full-Time | In Person | $60,000-$65,000 per year
The Life Skills & Job Training Program Manager is a key leadership role within Friendship Circle, responsible for overseeing the success, growth, and daily operations of our Life Skills & Job Training Program for adults with special needs.
This individual serves as the bridge between participants, families, staff, volunteers, employers, and community partners, ensuring that every aspect of the program operates with excellence, structure, and heart.
This position is ideal for an experienced special education professional who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about empowering individuals with special needs to reach their fullest potential.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the Life Skills & Job Training Program
- Supervise teachers, career coaches, and program staff
- Manage participant registrations, intakes, and family communication
- Oversee curriculum implementation, participant progress, and program outcomes
- Track data, reporting, and structured program components
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Expand employment, volunteer, and community inclusion opportunities for participants
- Ensure consistent organization, accountability, and follow-through across all areas of the program
What We’re Looking For

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is not a front-facing or receptionist role. You will be the person who keeps things moving, stays on top of daily tasks, manages communications, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and takes pride in getting things done without being asked twice.
Because we work closely within the Jewish community, familiarity with the Jewish calendar, holidays, and traditions is important, as many events, communications, and deadlines revolve around the rhythm of the Jewish year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage donor correspondence, acknowledgments, and outgoing letters
- Coordinate mailings, including printing, packaging, and delivery logistics
- Maintain organized records, files, and contact databases
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and recurring follow-ups
- Assist with scheduling and office organization
- Support leadership with special projects and time-sensitive tasks
- Support office operations across multiple organizations
Requirements

The Career Coach / Special Education Teaching Assistant plays a vital role in supporting students both inside the classroom and as they take their first steps into the workforce. This position is perfect for someone compassionate, patient, and excited to help individuals grow academically, socially, and professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Support classroom instruction and provide one-on-one or small group assistance
- Help supervise and guide students during educational and program activities
- Accompany students to job interviews and employment sites
- Support students in learning and maintaining workplace responsibilities
- Assist in cultivating relationships with local businesses for internship and employment opportunities
- Help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
